Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective crating to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture logistics partners to collect the item from your home.
