How long does it take to craft a custom piece?
Each piece is made to order by our master craftsmen. Typically, production takes 6 to 8 weeks, followed by 1 week for quality inspection and shipping preparation.
What types of wood do you use?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced North American hardwoods, including Black Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, and Hard Maple. We do not use MDF, veneers, or particle board.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes, all furniture orders include complimentary white-glove delivery. Our team will bring the item into your room of choice, perform full assembly, and remove all packaging materials.
Can I request custom dimensions for a specific design?
Absolutely. Since every item is bespoke, we can adjust lengths, widths, and heights to fit your space perfectly. Simply contact our design team before placing your order.
What is your return policy for custom furniture?
Because each piece is custom-built to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer a 10-year structural warranty and will repair or replace any item damaged during transit.
How should I maintain and clean my wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For spills, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight to preserve the natural finish.
